Townhall

Prerequisites: Main Building level 10, Academy level 10, Travian Version 2.5 or higher

In the Town Hall you can hold pompous celebrations. Such a celebration increases your culture points.

Culture points are necessary to found or conquer new villages. Each building produces culture points, the higher its level the more it produces. With celebrations you can increase this production for a short while.

The small celebration grants only culture points but the great celebraton even affects senators, chiefs and chieftains. In a conquering attack these troops from the village where the great celebration is held gain up to 5% effectiveness. Likewise the attacker will have a loss of effectiveness by 5% per senator, chief or chieftain when a village is attacked where a great celebration is held. Each celebration adds it's respective Culture Points when the celebration is finished.
